A home run celebration quickly turned ugly when a bench-clearing brawl erupted in the middle of a Giants-Rockies game in Denver.

A Major League Baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and Colorado Rockies escalated after Giants player Raphael Devers admired his home run. This action prompted Rockies pitcher Carl Freeland to confront Devers verbally as he rounded the bases. The situation quickly intensified, resulting in punches being thrown and a bench-clearing brawl. Devers eventually completed his run around the bases to make the home run official. The incident led to the ejection of the pitcher and two other players from the game.

Now it's not uncommon for the benches to clear in baseball but this Giants and Rockies game just got a little messy. Raphael Devers' decision to admire his own home run sparking pitcher Carl Freeland to throw a verbal spray at the batter. Devers is trying to round the bases. Freeland is unhappy and now we got punches being thrown. Oh my goodness. Devers still hasn't rounded the bases. Devers eventually made to run the bases by himself to make the homer officially count. While the pitcher and two other players were ejected, their base brawling copying our spray of the day.

In California on Tuesday, a jury took less than an hour to clear Cardi B of assault allegations made in a $24 million civil lawsuit. A security guard claimed the rap star attacked her in 2018.
