We saw the Tunisian fans after we scored, and 30 or 40,000 people were chanting for Palestine. The same thing happened with the Qatari fans. We're certain that all Arabs are happy that the Palestinian national team is still here, especially considering the circumstances in Palestine. Palestine's performances have offered a little bit of joy for fans back home in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, as the Palestinians continue to suffer under the devastation caused by more than two years of Israel's war. We and the coaching staff represent Palestine as a whole. We worked hard and we saw painful moments to get here. No one expected Palestine to get to the quarter-finals of the Arab Cup, but Palestinians always conquer the impossible. The game is taking place at the Lusail Stadium, which holds good memories for Saudi Arabia. It's where they famously beat Argentina in the 2022 World Cup. Saudi, who finished second in their group behind Morocco, are aiming for a third Arab Cup title after lifting the trophy in 1998 and 2002. We are focused to get the qualification for the semi-final, of course, but we know the game won't be easy against Palestine. Last time Saudi Arabia and Palestine met was a friendly last year, which finished 0-0. There needs to be a winner this time, though, and they'll progress to the semis to face either Jordan or Iraq.
