You have colleagues who are on the ground in the region, and this is before the ground incursion that is likely to come has happened. What are you hearing directly from them and what they are seeing? What they're seeing is that now 200,000 people have, and counting, have fled because they cannot live in these houses that are being under attack. 140,000 people are crammed together in 84 schools run by the UN. We at Norwegian Refugee Council, we have 52 colleagues on the ground. Many of them have had to flee. They still try to now organize emergency shelter for those who are homeless. We also try to see whether we can organize some cash distributions to families who have lost everything. But under the relentless bombardment and without humanitarian corridors and with no safe spaces it's very, very difficult.
