But I must say I've spoke to several in the Middle Eastern community today who say that this is just a beat up. In the context of it being on the football field, it isn't deemed as offensive as some suggest. But there is an investigation underway. And the main player in focus is Brent Naiden because after the match he doubled down, filming himself in his car making that gesture, which somehow then made its way onto social media. Now, Naiden was one of several players gesturing towards Bulldogs fans after the Tigers sealed an incredible upset win over Canterbury Bankstown. And then as he woke this morning to plenty of hate mail, Naiden has then deleted his Instagram account. Now, I asked the Tigers today for comments on this matter. And the CEO, Shane Richardson, said there was no chance that they were speaking and that they wouldn't even be releasing a statement on the matter. Considering the Tigers have a bye this week, there's been very little movement here at Concord today. But as I say, it is in the hands of the NRL integrity unit, Sandra. We wait and see if anyone is sanctioned this week.
