Named after a mountain-climbing goat, IBIX is equipped with AI, algorithms, vision technology, and sensors, allowing it to easily navigate and clean building windows without human risk. With on-board cameras, this robot identifies and targets window panels, ensuring thorough coverage and cleaning.

IBIX's deployment reduces the risk involved in traditional window-cleaning methods. While a single operator is required to oversee the robot, their task is minimal, involving operating a tablet to manage the robot's functions. This technology company, led by CEO Ido Genesar, has already implemented the robot in Asia and the Middle East and is making a debut entry in the United States with a launch event in Dallas.

The introduction of IBIX addresses the demand for modern window-cleaning solutions in growing markets like Texas. Besides cleaning, the robot is capable of inspecting buildings and informing landlords about potential structural issues, marking a significant step forward in building maintenance and technology integration in North Texas.

It's named after the gravity-defying goat that climbed up mountains. We combine a lot of AI, algorithm, vision, and different sensors to actually build and simplify this environment to make it very easy. The robots have on-board cameras that will scan the window, look for window panels, and then work over those to make sure no spots are missed. You don't need to put anyone at risk, you get a lot of data. The robots vertically climb buildings, reducing the risk of humans cleaning windows, although a single person is still involved. We call it more of a babysitter, but on the operator perspective, he has the tablet, he just presses a button, and the robot knows exactly what it needs to do. Robotics CEO Ido Genesar says the robots are already in Asia and the Middle East. Right, when we're talking with landlords from the U.S. Gattaca hosted the U.S. release in Dallas. We decided to Texas because we believe that today it's one of the fastest growing states here in the U.S., and we see the demand here in the market. IBIX also inspects buildings and lets landlords know where issues may arise. It doesn't make sense that people are still doing the same thing as they did 60, 70 years ago. It's technology taking North Texas into the 21st century, one AI robot at a time.
