Yeah, Maurice, CBS News has learned there was a memo circulating in that prosecutor's office urging against this prosecution. But the new U.S. attorney, Lindsay Halligan, she went into court herself. She's the only one who signed the charging documents. It's unorthodox for a U.S. attorney to be the only one on the papers. And Maurice, it was a narrow margin. They needed 12 out of 23 grand juries to indict. They got 14 jurors to do so.
