Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision that legalizes abortion nationwide, should he be re-elected in November. Many will have a different number of weeks or some will have more conservative than others. In his statement Trump did take credit for overturning Roe v. Wade. He also falsely claimed Democrats support executions of newborns. In a video posted to X, President Biden responded directly to Trump's statement. Donald Trump is the reason Roe's ended. If you re-elect me I'll be the reason why it's restored. Democrats see this as a winning issue. Accusing Trump of not being forthright. If he were to be put back in a position where he could sign off on a law he would sign off on a national abortion ban.
