CBS News Congressional Correspondent Nicole Killian joining us live now. So, Nicole, all of this comes as American forces announced they're conducting a massive strike against ISIS in Syria. What is the White House saying about that? Yeah, well, obviously we'll have to see if the president addresses that at this rally tonight, which is pretty raucous for a Friday evening. But, obviously, these strikes are very serious in nature. I mean, look, we saw several U.S. soldiers who were killed in Syria. The president went to Dover Air Base as their bodies were returned to the United States. And the bottom line is that the president made clear that there could be some form of retaliation. So that appears to be what we are witnessing tonight in these multiple strikes that the U.S. military has now confirmed. And, Nicole, what can we expect at tonight's rally? Well, obviously, this comes on the heels of the president's primetime address this past Wednesday, where he really tried to focus on his accomplishments in office, in his tenure. But this is also about really addressing his economic agenda specifically. We saw him head out to Pennsylvania recently. Also, the vice president was in Pennsylvania as well, really trying to talk up what the Trump administration has been doing around the economy and really trying to put the spotlight on that, quote, big, beautiful bill that was passed in Congress earlier this year, the Working Families Tax Cut Act, which basically includes one of the largest tax cuts in U.S. history across the board for individuals, small businesses, although there is some criticism of it as well for cuts to programs like Medicaid and SNAP. But they're trying to focus on the more positive aspects of this legislation. No taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime. Those are some of the themes the president likely to hit on tonight, in addition to his tariff policies, which he has said previously he expects to continue and believes that they will ultimately help turn the economy around, even as many people continue to express concerns about affordability and higher prices.
