Taiwan remains one of the company's largest markets, although its inbound visitor numbers are lower compared to other regional destinations such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan.

The company believes that Taiwan's diverse range of experiences, including medical tourism and wellness activities, can appeal to a broad audience. KKday's leadership emphasizes the island's flexibility and adaptability, aiming to showcase the unique qualities that make Taiwan an attractive destination for international travelers.

Weichun View is the co-founder and COO of KKday, an e-commerce travel platform founded in Taiwan in 2014. Customers can book dining, accommodation, transport, and special tours on its website and app in more than 90 countries. Taiwan is one of its biggest markets. In 2024, the island had more than 7.8 million inbound visitors, far fewer than regional tourism heavyweights like Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan. The company believes its experiences could help boost those numbers. Talk about medical tourism, talk about massage, why should people consider doing that here in Taiwan?
