Prosecutors are expected to rely on the video as key evidence, as Woods' breathalyzer test showed a 0.00 reading and no urinalysis was conducted.

Woods, who is 50 years old, has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence and property damage. A judge has granted him permission to leave the United States to attend rehabilitation overseas, and Woods is temporarily stepping away from golf.

Woods was then taken into custody where it appears he was struggling to stay awake. Tiger Woods has pleaded not guilty to driving while under the influence and property damage and is stepping away from golf with a judge granting him permission to leave the US and travel overseas to go to rehab. Not to be too cynical about this, but DUI defendants also often announce that they're seeking treatment to try to demonstrate remorse to the court, to try to negotiate for reduced charges, lighter sentences.
