Wall Street has pointed towards a lower open after President Trump said during his address to the nation last night that the U.S. will hit Iran, quote, extremely hard over the next two to three weeks. The declines mark reversal from the recovery rally seen over the last two sessions. During yesterday's trading, the Dow gained half a percent and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq each gained about one percent. Today is the last trading day of the holiday-shortened week. Well, SpaceX has confidentially filed for an IPO, setting the stage for a record offering. It would be more than three times the biggest IPO to date, with the company reportedly looking to raise up to $75 billion. When SpaceX eventually lists, Elon Musk will become the first person to helm two separate trillion-dollar publicly traded companies. And Walmart-owned Sam's Club is raising its annual membership fee for the first time since 2022. It's starting in May. A basic annual membership will cost $60, that's up from $50. The price hike brings Sam's Club in line with BJ's Wholesaler, but still slightly below Costco's fee.
