Sinclair Broadcasting has announced it will restart airing 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' on its ABC affiliates, ending a suspension that began after comments made by Jimmy Kimmel about Charlie Kirk. The ABC network had already returned the show to its national lineup, but Sinclair and Nexstar-owned stations had continued to preempt the program.

While Sinclair will now allow the show to air again, there is no information yet on whether Nexstar will do the same. The suspension had been in place since September 17, and viewers in affected areas will now regain access to the late-night talk show.

ABC Network placed Kimmel back on the air earlier this week, but up until today, local stations owned by Sinclair and Nexstar said their customers would not be able to watch the show. No word yet if Nexstar will follow suit.
