Ali, what can you tell us? Chris, late this afternoon, dozens of emergency crews responded to this major accident near Macquarie Park on the M2, which is one of Sydney's main motorways. As you can see, a car and bus rear-endering, shattering the bus windscreen and trapping its driver inside. I can tell you at least seven people on that bus have been injured too severely. Five have suffered head injuries. Paramedics sprung into action, treating some passengers on the roadway in a makeshift triage area, while others were raised to hospital. Now, in the car, another four people have been injured, and to give you an idea of the extent of this accident, 13 ambulance crews are on the scene, including an aeromedical team. That's a doctor and a critical care paramedic. Many lanes have been blocked. Police are urging the public to avoid the area because they're expecting it will take several hours to clear the road. But in some good news, Chris, in the past few moments, emergency crews have managed to free that bus driver from the wreck. So right now, up to 11 patients being taken to hospitals around Sydney after a bus and a car rear-ended on one of Sydney's main motorways.
