Well, I think the first thing we should say is that we've had these two royal announcements. We very rarely hear about the health of the royal family, but of course these are two senior royals. So first came that announcement that Kate, the Princess of Wales, has had, in fact, planned abdominal surgery at a private hospital in London, that she was admitted to the London Clinic in central London yesterday. The operation on Tuesday was successful, we are told, and Catherine, who is aged 42, will remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days, Kensington Palace has said. Now based on the current medical advice, they say she's unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter, so until after the 31st of March. We understand it's not cancerous, she's in the best hands possible. The palace has declined to provide further information about the princess's condition. The palace added that the princess is aware of the interest, indeed, that her surgery will generate and hopes the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible. And royal sources say her husband, Prince William, the Prince of Wales, plans to combine being by both his wife and their children's sides throughout the recovery process, because once she leaves hospital she will then be recovering back in their home in Windsor. So it's thought that two short overseas tours planned for the coming weeks have now been postponed. And Benedict, what do we know then about the situation for the king? Yes, so then suddenly that announcement, separately, Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles is being treated for an enlarged prostate. His condition, we're told, is benign, and what's interesting is in the statement, we are in 2024, I think it's the palace knowing that people have got mobile phones, that he could be seen, that Kate could have been seen going to the hospital when this could leak. So I think they're trying to get in front of these stories, and they say that like thousands of men, King Charles will undergo corrective surgery for a prostate next week, and his public engagements will be postponed for a short period. So no alarm, but two senior royals, the king, the monarch himself, aged 75, and his daughter-in-law, Princess Kate, 42, both have medical conditions we now know about.
