President Trump marks historic first 200 days in office

This week will mark President Trump's 200th day in office. The president's first 200 days has been nothing short of historic, with records unseen in nearly a century. But don't take our word for it. Even CNN is admitting it. I can't think of a more influential president during this century. And it starts here with tariffs. He said he was going to raise tariffs, and despite the claims otherwise, he is in fact doing that. Another big thing that Trump ran on, right, was immigration. How about net migration in the United States? Get this. It's down. It's going to be down at least 60 percent. We may be dealing with, get this, negative net migration to the United States in 2025. That would be the first time there is negative net migration in this country in at least 50 years. Already 180 executive orders signed by Donald Trump this year. You have to go all the way back to the FDR administration once again to find a year in which there were as many executive orders signed as we have this year. Executive orders, immigration with net migration, and we're talking about tariffs and the effect of tariff rate. Donald Trump is remaking the United States. Love it, like it, or lump it. He has been tremendously influential to a historic degree. Matthew Foldy, if CNN is admitting that Donald Trump is having a successful administration, then what does that mean? How successful is the administration? It must mean it's doing even better than what CNN is saying. Yeah, it's probably a million times more successful than CNN is saying. And I mean, Harry Enten, Chris's favorite, he said that Trump is the most successful this century, not in 100 years. And I think that, you know, that's actually more of a debatable thing. Is he the most influential of the past 100 years? I think it's certainly not debatable. Is he the most significant of the 21st century? We have not had that many presidents. And I think, maybe Jason will disagree, but I think the ranking is clearly Trump because of how the entire world has reacted to the Trump presidency, Bush because of the war on terror, Obama by default being after that, and then Joe Biden with a forgetful four years that not even- No, but he blew up the American economy. You know, that was the crucial thing Joe Biden did. He blew up the American economy, devalued the U.S. dollar. Well, China blew up the American economy. And then Biden's entire presidency was dealing with that and dealing with it quite horribly, pumping in, of course, trillions of dollars. But I just think, like, Biden obviously is not- Obama blew up the American healthcare system. There's no domestic legacy of Joe Biden's presidency. Biden is obviously the least successful and least- Let's not even say successful, but I'm sure he is for sure the least influential. He's the only one-term president of the 21st century so far. Chris, I want to get your thoughts. Boldy mentions you really like Harry Enten. Tell me, what do you think of- Oh, he was mocking me, I think. But Harry Enten did say of this century, meaning 25 years, quarter of a century so far, obviously I did my gazintas there. But he also said you could bring it back into the 20th century, too, and start looking at the presidents of the latter part of the 20th century. And Trump is much more influential. Look, he came in with business to do. And you know, he meant business. He feels like he has been wronged. And there's a great deal of reason to believe that he was wronged and that our government has become very corrupt and that corrupt government was used against him. And it's time for a house cleaning. And he came in with a laundry list of things to do. And administrations always say they're going to come in and day one they're going to hit the ground running and it almost never happens. But in this administration, boy, it has happened. And you know, he wouldn't be president if Barack Obama hadn't mocked him at a White House correspondence dinner all those years ago. And he's doing a little bit of New York style get even with some people. But these people did things wrong and they need to be held accountable. And he's just the guy. Trump is Obama.
