The panel criticized these actions, suggesting they were motivated by opposition to Trump rather than medical advice. 

The discussion referenced resurfaced claims from 2017 about Tylenol's safety during pregnancy and alleged links to autism, though these claims have been widely disputed by scientific and medical authorities. The panel also criticized former President Barack Obama for comments on drug safety and public health, and expressed concern about politicizing health decisions. There is currently no conclusive scientific evidence that Tylenol (acetaminophen) use during pregnancy causes autism, according to major health organizations.

Joining us now for more on all of this, three women, Turning Point USA contributor Morgan McMichael, political commentator Cameron Kinsey, and senior fellow at the American Principles Project Paula Scanlon. Great to see you all. Cameron, I don't get it. Can you explain this to me? Why would anyone do this and risk hurting your baby? Well, at this point, if President Trump told people not to jump off of a tall building, Democrats would be lined up at the Eiffel Tower ready to jump off. That's just how deranged the Trump obsession has become. And like you noted, the Tylenol tweet from 2017 resurfacing, the company itself clearly said that these products are not recommended to people, to women while they're pregnant. And so instead of acknowledging the substance of this, the left just twists even basic health advisories into a political weapon. And we've seen it time and time again, even with COVID as well, because their hatred for Trump is absolutely blinding. You know, that's the bigger issue here. When your political identity is built on opposing one man at all costs, you end up ignoring the facts. You end up ignoring science. And in this case, you're ignoring common sense. So it's not policy driven. It's not even rational. This hatred has become the Democrats' entire brand. I just feel like these women are really risking a lot here. Morgan, Barack Obama on Twitter today, this is the quote, we have people in power making broad claims around certain drugs and autism that have been continuously disproven. The degree to which those comments can undermine public health, do harm to women who are pregnant and create anxiety for parents. This is violence against the truth. Did they remember the pandemic, Morgan? Take a listen. Here's Tony Fauci. And when people are vaccinated, they can feel safe that they are not going to get infected. And the vaccines didn't work. How do you respond to Barack Morgan? I mean, it's absolutely sickening, honestly, to see a former president continue to spread misinformation when there are clear studies linking Tylenol, a risk of having autism with your pregnancy, just like there is a risk of eating raw deli meat or raw fish or high mercury fish when you're pregnant. It's all about risks. And, of course, you as a pregnant woman can make that choice. But I think it's very ignorant to have these women continue to just take Tylenol like it's candy just because President Trump was the one to make the announcement. You know, it kind of reminds me when we all trusted the science and sat in these six foot large circles in grass and couldn't, you know, touch people for three years. It just like I don't understand why these people can't go back and realize that this is a Harvard study and not just Donald Trump making something up. It's so so I just look, I'm going to talk about it. No one is mentioning this part of it. But Paula, we have to talk about this because it is going to happen. One of these idiot women, OK, and I don't want to say this, but one of these women who posted a video like this, karma is a very powerful thing. And unfortunately, one of these kids is going to be autistic. And then they're going to look back to this video in whatever, nine or 10 months or whatever the diagnosis comes and say, well, was it worth it? And my question is right now to any pregnant liberal out there doing this just to spite Donald Trump, who doesn't care about your video. Is it worth risking your child's health, Paula? You know, exactly that. Let's just say, hypothetically, Trump, it just made it all up. But there's a 1 percent chance this is possibly something that could happen. Why would you even take that risk? And honestly, these liberal women, they hate babies so much, I'm surprised they're even having them. I mean, that's really what we're dealing with here. And again, as a mother, if there is even just a slight chance that you could put your child at risk, why would you take it? And that's what confuses me about this entire situation. You think Trump's full of it? Then ignore him and move on and don't make a performative act of downing bottles of Tylenol to try to make a political statement, which is exactly what they're doing. And no, the risk is not worth it. And there are many women who have autistic sons that have spoken out about this and said, I wish I had known this earlier because I would have not done that to lower my risk.
