He's ready to go. He's itching, he wants to have a crack and I think all the learnings that he's had off Rhino over the last couple of years have definitely helped and I think that's probably showed in his performances. The 67 Test veteran knows a thing or two about Special Ash's performances. Oh, well, Boland's close. He's given up! He's given him! Peter Siddle's got a hat-trick on his birthday! And believes this team has that capability, especially his old Victorian team-mate Scott Boland. He's one of my good mates, so I'd love for him to, yeah, get a full Test series in and stay fit and do very well. The make-up of Australia's top six is still uncertain. There seems to be only one spot for Tasmanians Bo Webster and Jake Weatherald, but Siddle thinks they can both play. I like the selection of Jake Weatherald, but I can't see you picking him to carry drinks. Bo, being more guaranteed with overs under his belt, does give those quicks a bit more support. Maybe it's Green misses the first one and rests up to be fully fit for the second and onwards. Decision time is coming, with the first Test just five days away. James Ingram, 10 News.
