Thank you so much for being here. Thank you so much for having me so your show is Friday. Show we have jitters how do we do we have any pre show preps I try to pretend like it's not happening. It's all fine everything's fine and in the morning. So right now good. What is your inspiration for that design for you most excited about. I like a really cinematic feel and I realize I'm truly obsessed with old Hollywood glamor and so could take a bunch of references from the 20's at the beginning of cinema kind of through pay probably latest 50's and it's all about that feeling of the moment just before you're ready just before you go on camera just before you're on the stage tell me more about that moment that you're trying to capture and try to show outfits that are deconstructed we see more of the underpinnings but it doesn't feel you know like you're out there in your underwear, but something that catches that feeling of not everything's perfectly put together yet and that electric charge and excitement, sometimes the getting ready is the most fun part of the night I was going to ask what what is the getting ready part mean for you that you're trying to encapsulate here is it sort of that nervousness where you have to like gather all of your confidence and say I can do this or is it more just about seeing you know the disheveled parts of life and that's OK or neither. I think a bit of both and it's about the complexity of what wardrobe was for women back then as well, especially in the 50's, it's like it wasn't all fun and games was a lot of complexity to a lot of uncomfortableness with that I kind of want to reflect that in the clothing, but also obviously bring it into a modern day time. It's not uncomfortable. It's lovely for the wearer but then also that nervous energy. I want that that. What trends are you most excited for. A trend, I'm most excited for now come and any trends. I you know you can create your own right here. So you know there's a trend, I'm saying I think people starting to get a bit more excited about how they dress I think we went through a period where people going very very minimal love it sure not my game. I want like the maxim is and I feel like I'm seeing that happen more people committing to the fantasy does that say something about our culture where we're at in society right now because often times I mean fashion reflects where we are absolutely and I think people want to scape as a man I think you know, there's so many hard things going on our world is we'll know about I think people want escapism and something to lift their spirits and if the spirits of those around them just remind ourselves that we kind of fun for one night and fashion is the ultimate therapy to do that.
