The crash occurred when the jet inexplicably nose-dived into a busy street, creating a massive fireball that illuminated the night sky. Video footage captured burning debris, including large segments of the jet, scattered across the area, igniting cars and five homes nearby.

Among the deceased were all six individuals aboard the jet, which comprised two doctors, two pilots, a child receiving lifesaving medical treatment, and her mother. All aboard were confirmed as Mexican citizens, as stated by Mexico's president. The crash also claimed the life of at least one person on the ground.

Philadelphia's mayor reported that 19 others sustained injuries, including a man in a diner two blocks away struck by heavy debris. Local resident Lisa Clark described the shock of the event, mentioning how the crash's timing spared her from being at the scene. Federal aviation authorities have initiated an investigation to determine the crash's cause. While the jet's engines have been located, the cockpit voice recorder remains unfound, and officials are seeking public assistance.

It was only a float for a very short period of time before something went terribly wrong. City officials say the crash killed at least one person on the ground. All six on board the jet died. They included two doctors, two pilots, a child who is receiving lifesaving treatment at a local hospital and her mother. Mexico's president confirmed all were Mexican citizens returning home. Today, Philadelphia's mayor said at least 19 people were hurt, including a man sitting at a booth in a diner two blocks away from the crash site hit by a piece of debris like metal piece heavy. Lisa Clark lives nearby and says she would have been parked near the crash site when it happened, but she was running late for work. It's very, very just shocking. There's people that, you know, just didn't have a chance. Federal aviation authorities are on site and leading the investigation into what caused this deadly crash.
