A new mobile health clinic called Heart7 has begun its journey from Brisbane, aiming to address healthcare disparities in rural and remote regions of Australia. The clinic is equipped with specialist consulting rooms and battery-powered CT scanners, offering services such as lung cancer screening to communities with limited access to medical care.

Organizers plan to expand the fleet to every state and territory within two years, with the goal of diagnosing diseases earlier and saving lives. Over the past decade, Heart of Australia has saved nearly 900 lives and treated 20,000 patients, and the new initiative also aims to provide specialist training for future doctors.

We want to see what's called a stage shift, so we diagnose patients much earlier at stage one and two when curated intent is absolutely impossible.
