If you've noticed more bugs around lately, most insects are temperature dependent. Blame the milder winter weather. Most ones that have overwintered have survived through the winter. Again, we haven't had some of these really cold freezes for long periods of time they can. They can kill some of them off during the winter. Experts say to prepare your home before even more insects show up. Checking those window screens, you know it's going to start getting nice. How you're going to want to open those windows, but if your screens are not in Now you've got easy access into the home for insects to come in. Ants, flies and mosquitoes are just some of the bugs you'll likely see around. While many insects are harmless, some can pose a threat to you or your property. A lot of people and in general don't think a whole lot about termites. And then even if they're in your home, they're often in wood and they can do a ton of damage. If you do run into insect problems, call a professional.
