A new book is out on October 21, 2025 written by one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims and it makes explosive accusations against Prince Andrew. The author, Virginia Giuffre died by suicide back in April 2025.

Virginia Giuffre, who died earlier this year, has posthumously published a memoir titled 'Nobody's Girl', recounting her experiences as a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring. In the book, Giuffre alleges that Prince Andrew abused her on three occasions, including when she was a minor, accusations that Prince Andrew has consistently denied. 

The memoir also details a confidential legal settlement reached between Giuffre and Prince Andrew, which included a reported multi-million-pound payment and a personal statement from the prince, but no admission of guilt. British media report that police are now investigating claims that Prince Andrew attempted to discredit Giuffre. In response to the renewed scrutiny, Prince Andrew has relinquished some royal titles, though calls continue for further action from the royal family.

Virginia Giuffre says she was a 16-year-old employee at Donald Trump's Florida resort when she was recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell into Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring. I was recruited at a very young age from Mar-a-Lago and entrapped in a world that I didn't understand. Giuffre, who died by suicide this past April at the age of 41, has posthumously published a book called Nobody's Girl, in which she recounts the abuse, she says, she suffered at the hands of Epstein and his friend Prince Andrew. Giuffre writes that Prince Andrew felt that it was his birthright to have sex with her and that she was forced to do so three times, including when she was still a minor or just 17 years old, accusations that Prince Andrew vehemently denies. When she came forward, she says Prince Andrew tried to keep her silent. She writes, After casting doubt on my credibility for so long, Prince Andrew's team had even gone so far as to try to hire internet trolls to hassle me. The Duke of York owed me a meaningful apology as well. Giuffre sued Prince Andrew and in 2022 reached a confidential legal settlement. Giuffre says she agreed to a one-year gag clause to avoid a scandal for the royal family during celebrations for the late queen's platinum jubilee. The settlement included an undisclosed amount of money, widely reported to be 12 million pounds or about 14 million euros, as well as a personal statement from the prince. She writes, We would never get a confession, of course. That's what settlements are designed to avoid. But we were trying for the next best thing, a general acknowledgement of what I'd been through. The British media report that the police are now looking into claims that Prince Andrew shared Giuffre's date of birth and social security number in order to dig up dirt for a smear campaign. Just days before the book was due to be released, Prince Andrew announced he was giving up some of his royal titles, including the Duke of York. But he remains a prince and the royal family is under growing pressure to completely strip him of his royal stature.
