Brown, described as a regular at the establishment and a neighbor, fled the scene in a white pickup truck and was briefly pursued by law enforcement. Local residents reported that Brown may have had mental health issues. A reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest, as officers continue their search using various resources.

Tragedy struck the small, tight-knit mountain town of Anaconda, Montana on Friday. Police say 45-year-old Michael Brown walked into the Owl Bar around 10.30 in the morning and shot and killed four people. The victims, 64-year-old bartender Nancy Loretta Kelly and three patrons, 59-year-old Daniel Edwin Bailey, 7-year-old David Allen Leach, and 74-year-old Tony Wayne Palm. From what I have gathered, it sounds like he was a regular at this establishment. He literally lived next door. I think it's likely that he knew the bartender and these patrons, which makes this even more heinous. The Montana Department of Justice released this photo of the suspect they believe was taken after he left the scene, gaunt, barefoot, and barely clothed. Officials say he then fled in a white pickup truck and was briefly pursued by law enforcement. There was some confusion because there were two white vehicles that were involved. There were some federal assets that were involved in that pursuit, but I believe that was the last law enforcement contact. We spoke to some local residents who say they know the suspect and claim he has mental health issues. He would tell us stories that he's John Wick one day or he was the president's right-hand man. Shane Charles was also friendly with one of the victims, bartender Nancy Kelly. Nancy was a fun, bubbly person, always happy, had a smile on her face. Always the first to say hello. How's your day going? All of the victims were great people. Our community is suffering because they've lost some great, great people. There's a small army of officers who are looking for Brown. In fact, they were using a helicopter last night looking for him just near the mountain. There's a $7,500 reward for any information that leads to his arrest.
