Fagan commended Neal for his openness and bravery regarding his situation, expressing hope that Neal remains with the club but affirming support if he decides to relocate to Perth. The club is set to decide on a new leadership group next month, with Josh Dunkley and Hugh McCluggage identified as leading candidates to replace Neal.
