The iconic 1980s television series, "Miami Vice," is set for another big-screen adaptation. Universal Studios is reviving the concept following the not-so-successful 2006 movie. The new film will be directed by Joseph Kaczynski, known for "Top Gun Maverick," and will once again focus on undercover detectives in South Florida. Casting details have yet to be announced.

In other entertainment news, a sizable collection of personal items belonging to Johnny Cash is going up for auction. This offering, called the Cindy Cash Collection, is one of the most extensive of its kind. Organized by Cash’s daughter, the auction includes rare family photographs, unique jewelry, and furniture such as a hand-carved dragon bed. The auction is open through the weekend, and more details are available on the Cindy Cash website.

Additionally, a new drama titled "I'm Beginning to See the Light" is set to debut on digital and video-on-demand platforms. The film, starring Jack Huston, Abby Cornish, and Brandon T. Jackson, tells the story of a musician who becomes connected to an old lighthouse under unusual circumstances.
