More than 50,000 people poured through the gates of the Royal Easter Show  soaking up rides, showbags and all the old favourites. The Easter Bunny hunt drew huge crowds, as families made the most of the holiday tradition.

Sydney's Royal Show attracted more than 50,000 visitors, making it the event's largest crowd to date. Attendees joined a playful hunt for the Easter Bunny, with various activities including woodchopping competitions and animal displays.

The search for the Easter Bunny led participants through different attractions, including the Showbag Pavilion and Farmyard Nursery. The event also featured Sydney's Royal Egg Hunt, recognized as the best display at the show for two consecutive years.

While today all eyes were on the woodchoppers, 150 of the world's best providing a real sight for, dare we say, sore eyes, Victoria's Josh Lane was on the Easter Bunny's tail. He was in one of my logs earlier. But where did he go? I think he went that way. The Showbag Pavilion, looking for chocolate. Bertie Beetle was looking jittery. He'll be hopping through here very shortly. I'm new to Arthur Rabideau's supporter. Well, around about four o'clock, if you go over the other field, you'll bump into about 60,000 of them. I've been here 46 years, I never saw a rabbit, but I know he's around. Today we saw plenty of blue ribbon bunnies, real sweeties, but not the real deal. I've decided to go straight to the source. James, at Farmyard Nursery, who have we got here? We've got Lucky the rabbit. Lucky, where is the Easter Bunny? Look for the Easter eggs. That can only mean Sydney's Royal Egg Hunt.
