If you're in the market and you've found a home that's a good fit, I think it makes sense to move forward. If you're hoping to buy, however, realtor.com says October is the best month because competition is much lower once kids are back in school. Rich and Heidi say their happy rates have dropped a bit so they can finally sell their condo. We're sitting pretty and glad we made the decision at this time.
