Alaska Airlines on Sunday night initiated a ground stop for its flights across the country due to an IT outage.

Alaska Airlines grounded all of its flights for approximately three hours following an IT outage that began in the evening. The disruption led to multiple delays and cancellations, including at least four delayed and four cancelled flights reported at San Diego Airport. 

The airline has since resumed normal operations, but has not released additional information regarding the cause or scope of the IT outage. Passengers and airport authorities continue to monitor the situation as they await further updates from the airline.
