Lululemon claims these 'dupes,' sold under Costco's Kirkland Signature brand, closely resemble its original designs and are causing confusion among consumers, potentially harming Lululemon's reputation.

The legal action is based on trademark and trade dress law, which protects the overall look and feel of a product rather than just logos or labels. Lululemon specifically cites its Scuba hoodie, Define jacket, and ABC pants as products being copied. Costco has not yet responded to requests for comment regarding the lawsuit.
