A spokesperson for the logistics company subcontracted by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) stated that there have been no serious injuries at their sites and that security only fired warning shots into the ground away from civilians when necessary. The GHF, which replaced a UN-run aid system, has faced criticism from the United Nations and a coalition of NGOs, who argue its methods violate international aid standards and have called for its closure.
