New video footage from a Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) site shows large crowds of Palestinians in fenced corridors, facing violence and chaos as they try to obtain aid. The footage also captures disturbing behavior by some personnel, with reports of a 'shoot to kill' policy if staff felt threatened. The US has provided direct funding to GHF, though other sources of funding remain undisclosed.
