According to court documents, Swift expressed fear of imminent harm due to Wagner's repeated visits to her home and threatening communications directed at her staff.

The restraining order, issued by a judge, forbids Wagner from harassing, stalking, assaulting, or disturbing Swift, and requires him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, vehicle, and workplace. The order will remain in effect until a scheduled court hearing.
