NASA and SpaceX have delayed the launch of the Axiom Mission 4 to the International Space Station after a liquid oxygen leak was detected in the Falcon 9 rocket during a routine inspection. The leak was found in the rocket's first stage plumbing following a test firing of the main engines, prompting officials to review the launch schedule and determine necessary repairs.

The mission is commanded by Peggy Whitson, the most experienced American astronaut, and includes three international crew members. The team plans to spend approximately 14 days aboard the space station conducting scientific experiments and public engagement activities. A new launch date has not yet been announced as assessments continue.
