Red Dead Redemption 2 has reached a significant milestone, selling over 79 million copies and becoming the fourth best-selling video game of all time. This achievement was announced during a Take-Two investor call, which also noted that the Red Dead series has now sold a total of 106 million units. 

In other gaming news, Nintendo confirmed it does not plan to raise the price of the upcoming Switch 2 console, despite rising component costs, unless there are major external changes such as tariffs. Additionally, Amazon's Mass Effect TV series will feature an original story set after the original trilogy, with production expected to begin no earlier than late 2026.
