The LAPD Robbery Homicide Division is investigating, and paramedics were called to the scene in the afternoon. 

Rob Reiner, aged 78, was known for his award-winning roles and acclaimed films such as 'Stand By Me' and 'When Harry Met Sally.' Michelle Reiner was 68. The couple had three adult children. Authorities have not yet officially confirmed the identities of the bodies found.
