Pakistan's interior minister confirmed the attack was a suicide bombing and stated that the suspect attempted to enter the court premises before targeting a police vehicle. Pakistan has accused the Afghan Taliban of complicity in the attack, but the Taliban has denied involvement, increasing diplomatic tensions between the two nations.
