Lindsay Lohan is set to make her debut in a television series as a lead actress. The actress will star in and executive produce "Count My Lies," a series adapted from Sophie Stava's novel about a wealthy family with hidden secrets. The series is currently under development at Hulu.

Meanwhile, Benedict Cumberbatch and Olivia Colman will take on leading roles in "The Roses," a new cinematic adaptation reminiscent of the 1989 film "The War of the Roses" starring Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner. This film is forecasted to be a dramatic portrayal of a contentious relationship, and it is expected to be released in theaters on August 29th.

Additionally, Selena Gomez has been recognized as the Billboard Latin Women in Music 2025 Woman of the Year. This accolade is given to a female artist who has demonstrated extraordinary success, leadership, and cultural impact. Gomez will be honored during the Billboard Latin Women in Music event, which will air on Telemundo.
