Despite increased public awareness and ongoing debate about the bill, its popularity has not improved. Polls indicate that only 23 percent of Americans believe the bill would help their families, while 49 percent think it would hurt them. This contrasts with perceptions of Trump's first-term agenda, which was viewed more positively.
