A teenage boy was critically injured following a shooting in a DeKalb County neighborhood. The incident occurred near the intersection of Glenbrier Way and Briar Knoll Road, where police spent several hours processing the scene and collecting evidence.

The victim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition. Family members at the scene identified the victim as their nephew and expressed hope for his recovery. Neighbors reported hearing multiple rounds of gunfire before emergency services arrived. Police have not released any names and no arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
