The ranking evaluates airlines based on reliability, loyalty programs, cost, and reach, with Delta receiving high marks for customer service and punctuality in the 2025 report. 

United Airlines and Southwest Airlines were also recognized, rounding out the top three airlines in the latest assessment. The report highlights Delta's consistent performance in key areas valued by travelers.
