Recently released police bodycam footage documents the rescue of a newborn infant in Phoenix, Arizona. The infant had been left alone for several days after the mother died, and was found in an emaciated condition by responding officers. 

Authorities were alerted by a neighbor who noticed the mother's absence. The mother was found deceased in the apartment, and the medical examiner has not yet determined the cause of death. The rescued baby is expected to make a full recovery.
