Winter Storm Chan will bring another round of snow to the Plains and Midwest Monday to some of the same areas that were hit hard by Bellamy over the weekend. Accumulations should be on the light side, but travel will still be impacted. A light glaze of ice will also be possible across the portions of Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.
