We are still and remain strongly behind Ukraine and giving support to your country because we all know that the destiny of this country is the destiny of Europe. I'm sceptical about some of the details which we are seeing in the documents coming from the US side but we have to talk about that. Caught between his US and European allies, Zelensky sounded a more diplomatic note. Things which are very important for today are unity between Europe and Ukraine and also unity between Europe, Ukraine and the United States. There are some things which we can't manage without Merkel, things which we can't manage without Europe and that's why we need to make some important decisions. Later, Zelensky jetted to Brussels for more talks, this time with NATO and EU figures. Following an intense day of discussions, Ukraine is expected to share its revised plan aimed at ending Russia's war with Washington. Only then will Kiev and its allies find out whether it contains enough compromise to boost US hopes of brokering a peace deal.
