Tesla safety probed in criminal trial

A criminal trial is about to begin in South Korea about the safety of Tesla cars, after a driver accused of manslaughter blamed a malfunction of its self-driving feature for a deadly crash two years ago. Choi Woan-jong alleges his Model X sped out of control on its own and the brakes failed at the time of the accident, a claim Tesla denies.
