Somalian floods leave over 200,000 homeless

At least 200-thousand people in central Somalia have been displaced by heavy rains and flooding. The wet weather comes after a prolonged drought that has left millions of people on the brink of famine. The United Nations says it needs 2.6 billion dollars to help Somalis this year. In January, only 20 percent of that appeal had been funded.
