Felix Santos Colón, a 46-year-old Norristown resident, has been charged with first-degree murder following the discovery of Oscar Trafieso Tercero's body in a trash can in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Police responded to reports of a foul odor near Hawes Avenue by the Schuylkill River Trail and determined the victim died from blunt force trauma to the head.

Authorities have ruled the case a homicide, and Santos Colón is currently being held without bail. The investigation remains ongoing as officials continue to gather evidence related to the incident.

Police say someone reported a foul odor coming from a trash can nearby on Hawes Avenue near the Schuylkill River Trail in Norristown on Monday. This is around 7 o'clock. Investigators say the victim died from blunt force trauma to the head and ruled at this point as a homicide. Santos Colón is being held without bail. U.S. Senator John Fetterman is out of the hospital after falling on a walk near his home in Braddock this week. The Pennsylvania Democratic senator posting this picture to X earlier in the afternoon with scrapes and cuts to his face as you can see there. Fetterman had a heart episode on Thursday according to his doctors that caused him to feel lightheaded and fall to the ground hitting his face. He posted he is overwhelmed and profoundly grateful for all of the well wishes. Fetterman said he had 20 stitches has made a full recovery at this point and is back home with his wife and children.
