In addition to the bonuses, Noem stated that the Department of Homeland Security has completed the necessary paperwork to ensure that back pay will be distributed to affected TSA workers across the country in the coming days. The announcement was made at Houston's George Bush Airport, with confirmation from CBS News that payments are imminent.
