The ever honest Northern Irishman didn't exactly give the host course the royal treatment in today's media conference, declaring neighbouring rival Kingston Heath is the better track. Probably not the best course in Melbourne, I think. That's my opinion. But it's certainly in the top ten in the world. What is the best golf course in Melbourne? Kingston Heath. The world number two will hit the Australian Open with his game in good shape. But despite his elite power off the tee, he predicts the driver will spend plenty of time in the bag. Figure it out sort of as I go and maybe then I can start to play a little bit more aggressive at the weekend if I feel a bit more comfortable. Now chasing McIlroy will be a hungry pack of Aussie contenders and this man, Minwoo Lee, he might just be the best of them. I'd like to win an Australian Open. There's a lot of history to it and especially at Royal Melbourne it will be significant. And the 27-year-old will be packing more power this Aussie summer after adding 10 kilograms to his frame.
