Despite the historic possibility, Anthony stated that her focus remains on her own performance rather than the outcome, emphasizing the importance of executing her skills to the best of her ability as the Games approach.

Very privileged to have that opportunity to try and do that. That's not going to be my focus, though. I can't, unfortunately, control whether I win the gold or not.
