Okay, so I just got back from Iceland and I have to tell you about my favorite spots. First up, Skogafoss. It's one of the most iconic waterfalls in Iceland for a reason. Like a full rainbow, are you kidding me? Next up, snorkeling between the tectonic plates at Silfra. You know you want to touch North America and Europe at the same time. Diamond Beach is absolutely stunning. No real diamonds though, just casual pieces of a glacier that wash up on the black sand beach. I'm going to let you say that one. We hit this lesser known waterfall at golden hour and it was absolutely magical. And last but not least, the middle of nowhere. To see the Northern Lights, of course. If Iceland isn't on your list, I would add it. Like yesterday.
